Deburring and Inspection Machine, a stand alone industrial deburring and inspection machine with one single working station which is equipped with configurable parameters controlled by PLC which programmed by AIMAZ. The machine is designed to automate the process of removing burrs, reduce cycle time of current operation, and surface imperfections while simultaneously inspecting and ensuring the quality of parts.
Machine Functionality :
Deburring and inspection are two critical steps in the manufacturing process of bicycle components, as they ensure that the parts are free of defects and are ready for assembly. The key objective is to clear the burrs inside the component by moving the cylinder up and down.
Here's is the step process of machine:
1. The operator places the part component onto the holding jig.
2. Then, operator hit the start button to start the operation.
3. The process activity begins with the rotating mechanism index, and the cylinder rotates up and down to clear the burr inside the component. The components will next be inspected by the inspection station to see if burrs have been completely removed.
4. The operator unloads the component from the holding jig.
