TF10, a stand alone industrial Ultrasonic Feeder Machine with one single working station which is equipped with ultrasonic welder, deeeler and reeler module with configurable parameters controlled by PLC which programmed by AIM Automation Solution.

Machine Functionality :
The functionality of this machine combines ultrasonic technology, automated feeding, and cutting systems to ensure high-quality production, minimal waste, and hygienic processes. The key objective is to cutting by forming the product to a precise dimension.

Here's is the step process of machine:

1. The operator places the product / fabric on the dereeler module (loading bay).
2. Then, operator hit the start button to start the operation.
3. The process activity starts with the dereeler rotating, followed by ultrasonic cutting, which shapes the component into the required form by heating and pressing       on the fabric.

4. The operator unloads the component from the storage box.
