HT350, a stand alone industrial Heat Transfer Label Printing Machine with one single working station which is equipped with cylinder actuator, cable chain with configurable parameters controlled by PLC which programmed by AIM Automation Solution.

Machine Functionality :
The Heat Transfer Label Printing is designed to automate and optimize the label printing process, ensuring high-quality, precise, and fast label production for various industries. The main objective is to printing label on the fabric (such as model name, serial number etc.).

Here's is the step process of machine:

1. The operator places the part component onto the holding jig.
2. Then, operator hit the start button to start the operation.
3. The process activity begins with the jig moves to label printing station. Then the procedure then starts by heating the pad before pressing it on the fabric to print       the label.
4. The operator unloads the component from the holding jig.
